Aayush Poudel is the Chief Technology Officer at BrandBuilder Nepal, where he leads the development of internal technology solutions and client-facing platforms. A self-taught programmer and entrepreneur, he believes in learning by building and has created scalable systems across e-commerce and enterprise software while training over 1,500 students in coding and cybersecurity.
Before completing his junior year at Tetr College of Business, Aayush chose to pursue his entrepreneurial and technical ventures full-time. During his academic journey, he was one of only two students globally to receive the $200,000 NAS Daily Scholarship, recognizing exceptional potential in technology and business.
At BrandBuilder Nepal, Aayush drives the organization’s technical vision and execution. He spearheaded the development of the company’s in-house Point of Sale (POS) system and oversees all technology-driven initiatives, including client platforms such as the Digital Business Profile solution. His leadership has significantly improved system performance, scalability, and reliability across projects.
In addition to his role at BrandBuilder, Aayush is the Founder of FlowOps Tech, where he leads the development of an E-commerce Platform and Productive Peek, a workforce management solution designed to improve operational efficiency. His expertise spans Tech Leadership, AI/ML, Linux, Networking, Cybersecurity, Backend Engineering, and System Design.
Beyond product development, Aayush actively contributes to Nepal’s tech ecosystem. He has been publicly recognized by major Nepali platforms for responsibly identifying and disclosing critical security vulnerabilities, helping strengthen system safety for millions of users. He has volunteered as a cybersecurity trainer at Baba Computers, training over 500 students, and has mentored 1,000+ students in Scratch programming across schools in Pokhara.
