Brand Builder (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Blue Page mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

  1. Information We Collect
    Phone Number: Required for account registration and OTP verification.
    Name, City, and Skills: Provided by users who create a worker profile listing.
    Email Address (optional): If provided, used for password recovery.
    Service Fee/Rate: Displayed on worker profile listings.
    Usage Data: Call and message tap counts on profiles to track engagement.
    Device Information: Collected by Firebase for authentication, analytics, and app performance.
  2. How We Use Your Information
    To create and manage your account via phone number authentication.
    To display worker profiles publicly so potential clients can find and contact workers.
    To verify your identity through OTP (one-time password) sent via SMS.
    To enable password recovery via email or SMS.
    To improve app performance and user experience.
  3. Information Sharing
    Public Profiles: Worker profiles (name, city, skills, fee) are visible to all app users. Phone numbers on profiles are accessible for direct contact.
    Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Firebase may collect device and usage data per Google’s privacy policy.
    We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  4. Data Storage and Security
    Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including Firestore security rules and authentication checks to protect your information from unauthorized access.
  5. Your Rights
    Profile Visibility: You can hide your profile from public listings at any time using the “Show Profile” toggle in the app.
    Edit Information: You can update your profile details at any time through the app.
    Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to mail@brandbuilder.com.np with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
  6. SMS and OTP
    We send SMS messages solely for phone number verification and password reset purposes. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. SMS usage is limited to protect against misuse.
  7. Children’s Privacy
    Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  8. Changes to This Policy
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
