This Privacy Policy describes how BrandBuilder Pvt Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rent Bee mobile application (the “App”). By using Rent Bee, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account Information When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through Google Firebase Authentication. Your password is managed securely by Firebase and is never stored or visible to us.
b) Information You Provide (Your Content) Rent Bee is a rental and property ledger tool. You may enter and store data such as:
- Property and unit details
- Tenant names and contact information
- Lease terms, rent amounts, and due dates
- Payment records, ledger entries, and financial notes
This information is entered by you and is used solely to provide the App’s functionality.
c) Automatically Collected Information We collect minimal technical data necessary for the App to function and sync, such as device information and a unique identifier used to associate your data with your account. We do not use advertising, and analytics tracking is disabled in the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Store, sync, and back up your rental records across your devices
- Provide offline access to your data
- Enable features such as exporting or sharing your records (e.g. CSV export)
- Maintain the security and integrity of the App
3. How Your Data Is Stored
- Locally: Your data is stored on your device to allow offline use.
- In the Cloud: When you are signed in, your data is synced to and stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), which acts as our data processor.
4. Third-Party Services
Rent Bee uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) to provide login and cloud-sync features. Your data is processed and stored on Google’s secure infrastructure. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Firebase Privacy and Security terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share your information:
- With service providers (Google Firebase) strictly to operate the App
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or us
Content you choose to export or share (e.g. via CSV) is shared at your own discretion using your device’s sharing tools.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records within the App at any time. To delete your entire account and associated cloud data, contact us at the email below.

Rent Bee is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
